Pluralism Project Internship Program

Project Overview

The Pluralism Project at Harvard University is a research project that maps the changing religious landscape of the United States in the context of new and ongoing immigration. Our mission is to help Americans engage with religious diversity through research, outreach, and the active dissemination of resources.

Internships

During the summer of 2010, the Pluralism Project will be hosting an eight-week Internship Program for two undergraduate level interns.

Interns will be tasked with providing administrative support to the Project and its staff, including:

  • assisting with the distribution of Project resources
  • assisting with an outreach campaign
  • assisting with a graduate level fellowship program

Regular opportunities will be provided for:

  • participation in field research related to our online guidebook, World Religions in Greater Boston
  • participation in local religious and interfaith events and programs

Interns will receive:

  • $2,000 research grant
  • Office space and resources
  • Mentoring and leadership development opportunities

Interns will be required to work 15 hours/week on a regular schedule during business hours. This program will be hosted at our office at 2 Arrow Street, 4th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02138.
